Xuany yo,

I remember once I was young and I wanted to be old and now I'm old and want to be young. But don't you think that we evolve towards the dreams of our children? I guess that's sort of Teleological. But don't adult humans look like baby chimps and ontogeny recapitulate phylogony? We look like baby chimps because lots of generations of adults learned from their children. It seems to me like the most immature behavior our kids display is at the cutting edge of moral philosophy. I think Peter Pan-style aeternal thinking is functional autistic behavior.

Blackworm yo,

Thank you for saying "FUCKIN PLANTBOMB," it's the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me.
"Suckmybigfatrockhardcock"-theory is much ghetto-er. I think curses are like chanting the names of the oldest ancestors. All words are named after some ancestors or other. I like to think of my ancestors as words more than people. Anticurses are words that are like chanting the names of the funny looking relatives from Akrin who get drunk and won't leave. An anticurse might be "federated search" or "content management." You can have all the chances you want. The world is made of chances.

I love how Pagan Xmas is a ceremony for the return of the sun.

The archetypes reminds me of Z-corp:

Knight
Dragon
Cave
Treasure
Maiden
Magician
Joker
Knave
Buffoon
Scratching Post
Evil Chancelor
Quality Control Supervisor
Convict
Dungeon
Jailor
Shark
Pontius Pilot
Fairy Princess
Frog
Lilypad

Jung's "opposites create energy" sounds electro-magnetic and his "open flow, closed complex" sounds gravitational.

I liked these things too:

Synchronicity -- compromise between determinism and indeterminism
Hindu -- soul is extension of "one and only" Atman who forgets his identity.
maya ? God?s dance
adults transcend opposites -- die.
Children unravel the world; adults try to knit it back together - angels weave strands of it into wings.

When I was a teenager I wanted more than anything to be able to sing like David Lee Roth but every time I would try to sing people would stare dumbfoundedly at me and say, "you sound sort of like Neil Jung," and then give a kind of nervous fake smile and look quickly away. A couple of years ago I heard a goose honking and realized that that's why black people call white people honkey. I wonder if Geese want to sound like David Lee Roth but end up sounding like Neil Jung anyway. Have you ever heard anything more like a flock of drunken geese than a New Orleans Jazz Funeral? Jazz is a sophisticated modern cake walk. Cake walks were these sort-of rituals held on slave plantations where the slaves would all compete to put on airs and act like white people, and if they won they would get a cake. Minstrel shows developed out of this - white people putting on black face and acting "black". Mickey Mouse was a development of a black face character. Jazz was black people's answer to minstrel shows -- dressing up and acting like white people, down to the honkey meandering melody lines that imitate white people talking themselves into circular logic knots. I am deffinately a man of meandering circular logic and honkey never ending soliloquys, does that qualify me as Jungian?

wow blackWorm, I Googled Marcelo Gleiser, now I have a role model. I'm flattered to be in the same thought with such a hot, smart guy, but he's kind of scarry -- Kings College, Dartmouth, Astronomy professor, Brad Pitt looks.
I especially love his article names: "Gauged Fermionic Q-Balls," and "Long-lived Oscillons from Asymmetric Bubbles." It must be a lot of fun to get up there and talk about the things you love the most for 6 hours, especially if they are called things like "Fermionic Q-Balls." I would love to do that for a living.

Maybe you could help me with my theory names, so that they sound more like Fermionic Q-Balls. Here are my theories

Plantbomb theory -- the earth was seeded by a giant plant ball that left rainforests and continents in its wake.
27-Calendar theory -- for every two years there are 27 (3^3) months and 729 sidereal days.
PeopleShape theory -- everything should be designed with cornuspirals like the human body.
Gravitational Mirror theory -- massive bodies bend space time enough to send faint pictures of our past back to us.

Do you think if I came up with some better theory names I could be a teacher?
